Our machine shop facilities include manufacturing / machining of shafts, gears / bushings, couplings etc. We subcontract casting of new parts but carry out the final machining ourselves. Besides this, we also do rewinding of motors and alternators up to 500kvA. Demucking and removal of sludge from ship's cargo and storage tank bottoms. Winching out of sludge from tank bottom and bagging on main deck.
Cleaning of tank surfaces and internals by high pressure water jetting or chemical cleaning to prepare for product change, steel renewal / hot work standard and preparation for internal hull / structure surveys.
We carry out chipping painting jobs in any corner of Vessel in small narrow tunnels with very good results. |
